We are now hiring a Scheduler in San Diego, CA!

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and input all customer rides using a computerized scheduling system.

• Enter new customer information and changes into the system

• Data entry into spreadsheets and databases.

• Communicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers

• Resolve service-related complaints

• Create daily route maps, or manifests, of the reservations for the drivers.

• Monitor efficiencies of manifests to ensure that routes are logical and efficient

• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2 years of reservationist or customer service experience

• Computer literate

• Excellent communication and listening skills
