We need full-time Customer Service Representatives in Kansas City, Missouri to act as a liaison for our internal/ external customers, providers, and client. We are seeking compassionate, driven, team-oriented people to serve our elderly and disabled customers by supporting them with transportation solutions. Job Purpose
Customer Service Representatives provide friendly and cheerful assistance to passengers with directions, information and assistance with luggage, mobility devices, etc. The CSR also assists the Supervisor in dispatching buses and coordination of operation matters.
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:
Responds to customer inquiries and problems by providing timely and accurate information or directing inquiries to supervisor or Quality Assurance.
Keeps the loading area clear of all items that could pose as a safety hazard to the staff or passengers and reports all hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Maintains complete focus on their area of responsibility and communicates with other staff as needed.
Notifies supervisor of overloads, accidents, passenger incidents, medical concerns, and passenger behavior problems immediately.
Works in a safe and efficient manner.
Completes and submits written reports concerning passengers and all accidents.
Aid passengers with their luggage while boarding and arriving from the Rental Car Buses.
Makes proper decisions in the loading of buses considering passenger flow and bus
availability.
Answer questions concerning airline terminal and destinations to the best of their ability.
Assists Supervisor in dispatching buses and operation matters as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends
The ability to monitor and operate a 2-way radio in a noisy environment.
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Ability to stand for the entire shift (8 to 10 hours) on concrete surfaces
Can lift to 80 lbs. in weight of baggage on/off busses.
