Our Road Superviros are responsible for:
Communicates job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
Takes responsibility for day to day scheduling, counseling and evaluation reports to local mangement.
Conducts on-the-scene accident investigations:assists drivers in preparing accident reports OSHA reports and safety violations documents.
Observes drivers on the road, and corrects safety problems on the scene while documneting violations.
Laisons between drivers and both clents and organization in customer service issues.
Evaluates and montors drivers safety and performance, as well as compliance in legal, Employment and labor policy matters.
To qualify as a road supervisor, you'll need:
CDL B with Passenger and air brakes endorsment
High school Dipolma or GED
Supervisory experience with hourly employees with 2-3 years or transit supervisory experience preferred
Excellent verbal,written and relational communication skills, with ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels inclduing drivers,customer, senior managment,client representative, union officals and general public flssists in dispatching,driving.interviewing and miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
Meets all drivers qualification at location.
